Isabelle Martin joined Ivanhoé Cambridge in 2011 as Senior Director, Transactions, Hotels. Her career has led her to contribute significantly to the development of Ivanhoé Cambridge’s portfolio over time. In particular, she was responsible for implementing the investment strategies used by the company for real estate investment funds. She is currently Head of Operational Performance and Strategic Partnerships, United States and Latin America.
In her role, Isabelle Martin is responsible for fast-tracking and effectively incorporating Ivanhoé Cambridge’s global initiatives (ESG, DEI, talent, special projects) within the US and LATAM hub, in addition to playing a key role in optimizing business relationships with the organization’s strategic partners.
Isabelle has 25 years of experience in the field of finance and investment. Prior to joining Ivanhoé Cambridge, she held various positions at EY in Montreal, Paris and New York.
Isabelle holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from École des hautes études commerciales (HEC Montréal) and is a member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec. She sits on the Board of Directors of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and currently chairs the Board of Directors of the Baluchon Alzheimer Foundation.
