Vice President, Research, Strategy and Transformation
Michèle Hubert is Vice President, Strategy and Transformation. As such she oversees global strategic planning and the implementation of the changes required for Ivanhoé Cambridge to continue being a leader in its industry. She is also leading flexible multi-sector teams working toward implementing strategic priorities.
Michèle joined Ivanhoé Cambridge in 2017 to manage strategic planning activities. Upon her arrival, she was promoted to Senior Advisory Director and Chief of Staff, Office of the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, where she carried out planning and management activities, oversaw relationships with various stakeholders and contributed to the development of strategic partnerships. She was appointed to the newly created role of Vice President, Strategy and Transformation in September 2019.
Prior to joining Ivanhoé Cambridge, Michèle was a strategy consultant with KPMG Canada. From 2007 to 2017, she worked with leading organizations in the financial sector to develop and implement several strategic projects and initiatives. She was involved in KPMG’s strategy, economics and financial services practices.
Michèle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal, where she also completed Master courses in applied economics, with honours. In 2018, she completed the Real Estate Management Program at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
