Arnaud Malbos

Senior Vice President, Investments, Europe


Arnaud Malbos is responsible for advising, implementing and supervising Ivanhoé Cambridge’s investment activities in the European office building and shopping centre sectors. He oversaw the acquisitions of the historical Peugeot head office on Avenue de la Grande Armée in Paris and the ARDEKO building in the Paris suburb of Boulogne-Billancourt, as well as the disposal of a dozen properties across Europe.

Mr. Malbos has almost 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. He began his career with UNIBAIL-RODAMCO, where he held various positions in investment and asset management and was responsible for numerous operations and major transactions involving the Tour T1, B Building, Tour Prisma, Cœur Défense and Capital 8 office buildings. In 2007 he joined SITQ as Senior Asset Manager, and was later promoted to Senior Director, Originiation and Development, and then Vice President, Investments. He was appointed to his current position in 2011, at the time of the consolidation of SITQ and Ivanhoé Cambridge.

Mr. Malbos is a member of Génération Immobilier, an association that helps young real estate professionals network with experienced managers.

Following two years of studying economics at Université de Paris, Mr. Malbos attended École Française d’Administration de Biens.
