Ajay Phull joined Ivanhoé Cambridge in 2019 and is Head of Investments UK and Private Equity Europe.

Ajay has over 13 years of experience in real estate investment and has been responsible for formulating, leading and executing investment strategies across the risk-return spectrum, including leading and growing platform/portfolio investments.
 
Prior to joining Ivanhoé Cambridge, he was Vice President at Vanke, one of the world’s largest real estate investment and development companies. At Vanke, he was responsible for formulating a UK investment strategy and sourcing real estate investment opportunities. Prior, he worked at Brockton Capital, the opportunistic private equity real estate investor, underwriting and executing several successful transactions. He began his career at PwC’s Real Estate Corporate Finance and Restructuring team, advising on complex structuring and restructuring transactions.
 
Ajay is certified Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and holds a B.Sc (Honours) in Land Management from the University of Reading.
