In her role as Head of Retail, Canada, Julie Bourgon is responsible for the asset management, the optimization, and the performance of the Canadian retail portfolio of the company.

In 2018, she joined the residential team for Ivanhoe Cambridge as Senior Director, Asset management before being named Vice President, Asset management in October 2019. Julie was responsible for the post-investment asset management of the worldwide residential portfolio.

Julie has been working in the field of finance and investment for more than 15 years where she gained competency in negotiation, transaction, and asset management in several territories. Before joining Ivanhoe Cambridge, she occupied various roles within the real estate investment team at PSP Investments.

Julie stands out by her energy, her varied real estate expertise, and her capacity to build high-performing team. She owns a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in finance from the Université de Sherbrooke.
