Michael Neuman

Head, Industrial, United States and Latin America


Michael Neuman has held the position of Head, Industrial, United States and Latin America since 2022. In this role, he oversees the management of Ivanhoé Cambridge’s existing platforms in the United States and Brazil and investment diversification into new geographies and alternative asset classes such as self-storage and data centres. In addition to these responsibilities, Michael currently oversees Ivanhoé Cambridge’s residential portfolio in the United States in an interim capacity.

From 2019, Michael acted as Vice President, Investments, Europe, sourcing and implementing investment activities for all asset classes across major European cities.

Michael has worked in investing and real estate for nearly 15 years. Before joining Ivanhoé Cambridge in 2014, he spent five years at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield as a senior investment and asset manager for the Office and Hotels division.

Michael graduated from HEC Paris in 2008 with a Master of Science in management and economics.
