Michael Neuman

Head, Industrial, United States and Latin America


Michael Neuman holds the position of Head, Industrial, United States and Latin America since 2022. In this role, he is responsible for the management of the existing plateforms in the United States and Brazil, as well as for the diversification of Ivanhoé Cambridge’s  investments in new countries and in new asset classes such as self storage or data centres. Until then, Michael Neuman was was Vice President, Investments, Europe since 2019  sourcing and implementing investment activities in offices, retail, logistics and other asset classes across major cities in Europe.

Michael has been working in investment and real estate for nearly 15 years. Before joining Ivanhoé Cambridge, he worked for 5 years at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield as senior investment and asset manager for the Office and Hotels division.

Michael graduated from HEC Paris in 2008 with a Master of Science in management and economics. He is also member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
