Ezio Sicurella is responsible for Ivanhoé Cambridge’s investment activities in United States and Latin America. In that regard, he oversees all investments in those regions and is responsible of enhancing the value-creation chain related to our properties and elevating our asset-management approach.

Since 2002, Mr. Sicurella has been investing in real estate internationally for the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec. Between 2011 and 2019, he was responsible for strategic investments and partnerships for Ivanhoé Cambridge’s multiresidential strategy around the world. Up until 2022, he was responsible for the investment activities of the Office of the CIIO and oversaw several global and special investment files and will led the implementation of cross-functional tactical investment teams.

Previously, he was Vice President, Financial Advisory Services at Deloitte & Touche and holds a bachelor’s degree (with great distinction) in Commerce, Finance and Accounting from McGill University. He holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Public Accountant.
