Carlyle Émile is responsible for all human resources management activities at Ivanhoé Cambridge, as well as public affairs and communications. His duties include establishing a strategic framework for talent acquisition and management, succession plans, performance management, total compensation, changing skill and expertise needs and corporate culture. To that end, he oversees changes and organizational alignment for implementation of Ivanhoé Cambridge’s strategic plan.

He has more than 20 years of experience in human resources. He joined Ivanhoé Cambridge in 2012 and has had several roles on its Human Resources team, including Senior Director and Vice President.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations from the Université de Montréal.
