Inspired by the hospitality playbook, we shifted our approach to ensure our office tenant partners and their employees are treated like guests – to whom we want to offer an extraordinary experience, especially in the current context where they need to have access to better amenities at the office to make it worth it to leave the comforts of their home. Permeating hospitality into our office experience comes to life through different services including tenant engagement apps to provide an anchor for the community, while allowing data and tenant feedback collection to inspire our approach.
