Update on COVID-19

The health and safety of our tenants, business partners, customers, visitors and employees are of the utmost importance for Ivanhoé Cambridge. With regard to the COVID-19 situation, be assured that since late January 2020, Ivanhoé Cambridge has been closely following the recommendations of the Public Health Agency of Canada, which is working with the provincial governments and international partners, including the World Health Organization (WHO).

We are ready to deploy any measures that they may decide and impose to control the virus’s spread.

In order to contribute to the collective effort against the spread of COVID-19, Ivanhoé Cambridge has implemented additional preventive measures such as working remotely as well as adding restrictions on professional travel for employees in its business offices.

Be assured that Ivanhoé Cambridge remains fully operational and that all services are maintained.

At this time, all the usual operations are maintained in our managed shopping centres and office buildings in Canada.

Please note that we continue to carefully follow the recommendations of the public health authorities.

The increased frequency of cleaning practices, and the awareness measures implemented in our  properties managed in Canada are maintained and we are poised to adjust our practices in line with the evolution of the situation.

Our primary objective is to protect your health and safety of everyone in our properties.
