As part of the redevelopment project for Place Ste-Foy in Quebec City, the shopping centre will welcome two celebrated new restaurants: Bâton Rouge and La Belle & la Bœuf (Beauty & the Beef).
Bâton Rouge Steakhouse & Bar, whose Quebec City location is currently on Laurier Boulevard, will move to the former premises occupied by clothing retailer Les Ailes de la Mode at the southeast corner of Place Ste-Foy. La Belle & la Bœuf, a burger bar concept eatery that offers a variety of gourmet hamburgers in a hip atmosphere, will open its new resto next door to Bâton Rouge.
Both restaurants will benefit from a totally redesigned outdoor façade and will feature a huge patio along Laurier Boulevard. In addition, each restaurant will offer an indoor patio accessible from the shopping centre, in a section that is currently under construction.

Construction of the spaces where the new restaurants will be located will begin in the fall of 2015 and the official openings are planned for spring 2016.
