Paris, December 14th, 2022 – Ivanhoé Cambridge, a global real estate leader, is proud to announce that it has signed a lease with École supérieure de la banque (ESBanque) for more than 4,000 m² of space in the HUB 24 7 office property in Nanterre Cœur Université, France.
École supérieure de la banque assists banking, insurance and finance companies in training and certifying their employees at every stage of their careers, from hiring and onboarding of young employees (block release) to skills development at the various stages of their career journeys (acquisition of fundamentals, skills upgrading, development of expertise). With a presence in some 25 countries, École supérieure de la banque draws on the expertise of 250 employees and 2,800 industry professionals and experts.
“École supérieure de la banque decided to move in to the HUB 24 7 premises for three main reasons,” explains Eric Depond, CEO, École supérieure de la banque. “First of all, we wanted to consolidate our head office and Île-de-France campus in a single location. We also sought to provide our employees and trainees with a modern, dynamic work environment. And lastly, we are transitioning to a flex work model for head office employees, and the HUB 24 7 spaces, with the two floors we will be occupying, are ideally suited to this. For all these reasons, we are delighted to be making this move in April 2023.”
HUB 24 7 is adjacent to the new Nanterre Université station, serving the RER A line as well as the Line L of the Transilien commuter rail network, on the Défense and Terrasses de l’Arche extension. Located in the heart of a mixed-use area offering a wide range of retail businesses, HUB 24 7 is perfectly matched to this new lifestyle hub and eco-neighbourhood. The building, designed by the François Leclercq architecture firm, features spacious light-filled floors and green roof terraces. As part of an energy-efficient district, HUB 24 7 meets stringent environmental standards (BREEAM Europe “Excellent” rating) and carries the new NF HQE Bâtiments Tertiaires “Passeport Exceptionnel” certification as well as the BEPOS-Effinergie label.
“We are thrilled to be welcoming École supérieure de la banque to HUB 24 7 and providing it with efficient spaces that blend flexibility, wellness, superior energy performance and respect for the environment,” notes Audrey Camus, Vice president, Development and Asset Management, Europe, Ivanhoé Cambridge. “This lease signing is proof of our ability to deliver complex projects in a challenging rental market. The transaction is also further validation of our vision for a new generation of flexible, user-centric workspaces.”
Ivanhoé Cambridge was advised in this transaction by BNP Paribas Real Estate. École supérieure de la banque was advised by Elements Real Estate.
