DALLAS (March 25, 2022) – Westdale Real Estate Investment and Management, Ivanhoé Cambridge and Hines announced today that TRG will relocate its headquarters to The Stack Deep Ellum (The Stack). The advertising agency has signed a long-term lease for approximately 101,808 square feet at the new 16-story creative office building located in Dallas’ Deep Ellum neighborhood. During lease negotiations, TRG was represented by Robert Blount and Andy Leatherman of JLL, and The Stack was represented by ALT+CO.
A nonprofit-owned and people-run agency, TRG is a firm with a four-decade record of building iconic brands. Relocating from its Uptown Dallas office tower, the agency’s lease will encompass multiple floors. The multi-level agreement secures the remainder of The Stack’s available space in the building.
