Once again, this year we were honoured by our peers during the 2020 IPE Real Estate Global Awards, this time taking place virtually due to the current pandemic on September 2. We were highly commended for 6 awards and won two: Investment in Europe and Opportunistic Strategy awards!
The Investment in Europe award seeks to reward and measure how we optimized our European portfolios in relation to our investment in other regions and how these support our overall long-term value objectives and risk return portfolio.
The Opportunistic Strategy award demonstrates how we adopted an opportunistic approach that complements our long-term objectives and risk return portfolio.
Now in its 16th year, the IPE Real Estate Global Conference & Awards is an important event for institutional investors providing a forum to examine the key issues facing the industry.
Last year, we took home four prizes at the 2019 IPE RE Awards, including Global Real Estate Investor of the Year.
