Ivanhoé Cambridge has won the “Core Strategy” Award at the 2015 IP Real Estate (IPRE) Global Awards. This year’s awards presentation ceremony was held in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The IPRE (Investments and Pensions Real Estate) awards program, which has been in existence for 11 years, uses a judging process that recognizes and rewards best practices, outstanding performance and innovation within the real estate sector.
Ivanhoé Cambridge was a finalist in the “Best Institutional Investor in Other Regions” category at IPRE Global Awards in both 2013 and 2014. For this year’s edition, Ivanhoé Cambridge was a finalist in 8 other categories: Best Global Investor of the Year, Best Investor from North America, Investment in Latin America, Opportunistic Strategy, Listed Strategy, Direct Strategy, Sustainable Strategy and Value-added Strategy.
