Ancar Ivanhoe, which operates in Brazil’s shopping centres sector, has placed 21st on the 2015 list of the “Best Workplaces in Latin America,” as ranked by the Great Place to Work institute. This category is for large companies with 500 or more employees.
This is the 10th edition of the classification, which evaluates 2,200 companies in over 20 countries, employing some 2 million workers.
The survey that led to this award evaluated employees’ level of confidence in their work environment and the importance given by companies to their management practices.
Ancar Ivanhoe is especially proud of its 21st place on the list of firms all across Latin America. The company rose to 3rd place in the rankings for Rio de Janeiro in 2013 and 2014 from 19th the previous year, then earned 21st spot on the list for Brazil in 2014 before this year’s 21st place on the list for all of Latin America.
