Paris, France, April 3, 2015 – Ivanhoé Cambridge announced the signature of a new 12-year lease with GDF SUEZ, worldwide leader in the energy sector, for their headquarters in La Défense, Paris.
In this transaction, Ivanhoé Cambridge was advised by CBRE France.
About towers T1 and T2, GDF SUEZ headquarters
The T1 Tower, located in Paris’ La Défense district, is a 37-storey office building with a total rental surface of 67,000 m2 (720,000 pi2) and 750 parking spaces.
The T2 Tower, located in Paris’ La Défense district, is an 11-storey office building with a total rental surface of 20,670 m2 (222,500 ft2) and 279 parking spaces.
