Montréal, Quebec — Ivanhoé Cambridge is proud to announce an agreement with law firm Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP (Blakes) to lease approximately 55,000 ft2 (5,110 m2) of office space at 1 Place Ville Marie in Montreal. Blakes will occupy the 30th floor and part of the 31st floor under a long-term lease. This is one of the most important office leasing transactions in Montréal this year.
