Ivanhoé Cambridge announces today the arrival of a second tenant, Carrefour Property, to its new ARDEKO building, located in the Rives de Seine district of Boulogne-Billancourt in suburban Paris. This new lease is for 4,360 m2 (46,930 ft2) of floor space.
The building’s occupancy rate now stands at 50%.
BNPP RE advised Carrefour Property and Catella advised the lessor in this transaction.
