Ivanhoé Cambridge announces today the arrival of a first tenant, the world-renowned communications group BBDO Paris, to its new Ardeko building in the Rives de Seine district of Boulogne, just outside Paris. The two main companies of BBDO Paris, CLM BBDO and Proximity will move into Ardeko in the first semester of 2014.
The lease signed with BBDO Paris is for the C Tower of Ardeko. The office building complex is currently under construction and scheduled for delivery by Hines before the end of 2013.
The complex will contain 18,000 m² (about 194,000 ft2) of office space divided among three independent buildings offering between 5,200 and 6,700 m² (about 56,000 to 72,000 ft2), each with its own lobby.
Ardeko will subscribe to the most stringent environmental standards, including HQETM and BBC, in addition to being precertified LEED® Gold.
CBRE served as counsel to BBDO Paris and to the lessor in this transaction. Ardeko is being marketed by the JLL and Catella firms. Cushman&Wakefield will handle leasing and technical property management for Ardeko.
