Ivanhoé Cambridge is pleased to confirm that FIDAL, a leading French corporate law firm, has signed a 10-year firm lease with an Ivanhoé Cambridge subsidiary for 13,628 m2 (146,700 ft2) of office space in the Tour Prisma in Paris.
Prisma has undergone a complete renovation, positioning it among the most desirable office buildings in the Parisian market today.
The leasing brings the office building’s occupancy to 85.7%. CBRE France, a global commercial real estate services and investment firm, advised both parties.
