Pierre Seccareccia has extensive experience in financial consulting and management. He was a Partner of the accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand from 1976 to 1998, also serving as a Managing Partner for its Montreal South Shore office from 1987 to 1989, for the Montreal central office from 1992 to 1996 and for its offices in the Province of Quebec from 1996 to 1998. After Coopers & Lybrand merged with Price Waterhouse in 1998, he was a Managing Partner for the Montreal office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1998 to 2001.

Since 2003, he has been a full-time director of various public and private entities. Mr. Seccareccia is currently a director of the following publicly traded companies: WSP Global Inc., Boralex Inc., Ovivo Inc. and New Millennium Iron Corp.

Mr. Seccareccia is a Fellow of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec, a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (Canada) and a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (USA).
