The readers of the magazine Private Equity Real Estate (PERE) magazine have selected Ivanhoé Cambridge as “Institutional Investor of the Year – North America” during the 2014 Global PERE Awards. The awards recognize significant highlights in the global real estate industry.
Ivanhoé Cambridge was also a finalist in four other categories:
- Global Institutional Investor of the Year
- North American Industry Figure of the Year (Bill Tresham)
- Europe Institutional Investor of the Year
- Europe Deal of the Year
In addition, our partner in Mexico, Black Creek Group, was nominated in the Latin America Firm of the Year category.
