For the fourth consecutive year, Ivanhoé Cambridge has further improved its score in the prestigious Global ESG Benchmark for Real Estate (GRESB) from 82 to 83 (out of 100). With this result, the company continues to perform in the top 10% compared to its fellow private real estate companies with diversified portfolios.

Ivanhoé Cambridge’s participation in the GRESB over recent years has helped broaden its corporate social responsibility and accelerate the progress of its initiatives. GRESB is one of the key tools the company uses to build an in-depth understanding of the performance of its global portfolio of assets.

Ivanhoé Cambridge continues to deploy significant efforts in order to remain in a CSR leadership position within the real estate industry, which is also consistently improving as a whole.

GRESB, which was founded in 2009, is a survey that assesses environmental, social and governance performance by assigning quantifiable results to portfolios so that businesses can compare themselves with the competitors in their industry. The results enable companies to position themselves but also to determine how they can improve their performance. For more information: gresb.com
