Ivanhoé Cambridge received the award for Best Investment in Latin America at the 2017 edition of the IPE Real Estate Global Conference & Awards. This year’s awards presentation ceremony was held in Munich on May 16th.
Now in its 13th year, the IPE Real Estate Global Conference & Awards is an important event for institutional investors providing a forum to examine the key issues facing the industry. The IPE RE Awards recognize and reward best practices, outstanding performance and innovation within the real estate sector.
This year, Ivanhoé Cambridge was also a candidate in five other categories: Best Investor North America, Portfolio Construction, Investment in Asia Pacific, Sustainable Strategy, and Value-added Strategy.
At last year’s 2016 IPE Real Estate Global Conference & Awards, Ivanhoé Cambridge won three awards in the following categories: Best Global Real Estate Investor, Best Indirect Strategy, and Best Investment in Latin America.
