For Ivanhoé Cambridge, corporate social responsibility (CSR) is at the very core of our mission. Creating living spaces that foster the wellness of users, and the wellness of the planet as a whole, is in itself a tremendous responsibility. As is wisely investing the funds entrusted to our care. This principle underpins all of the decisions made and actions undertaken by Ivanhoé Cambridge, from developing top-quality buildings in accordance with the highest industry standards and finding effective ways to reduce our carbon footprint, to providing our employees with motivating work environments and giving back to the community.


CSR 2020 Vision

As a responsible investor, we create living spaces that foster the well-being of people and communities while reducing our environnemental footprint. Accordingly, we have developed a corporate social responsability vision for 2020 to be recognized as a real estate industry leader in terms of CSR and to position ourselves as one of the most respected companies in this field.

 


CSR Highlights for 2018

We take corporate social responsibility (CSR) into account in all of our decisions and actions at every level of the organization. As such, we combine our Activity and CSR reports into one comprehensive report.

Corporate Governance

Good corporate governance makes it possible to make well-informed decisions to achieve a given set of objectives while still keeping risk at bay. In an effort to address stakeholders’ expectations in terms of performance and corporate governance, we at Ivanhoé Cambridge, have put a cohesive decision-making process in place, coupled with an efficient oversight structure.

Sustainable Development Goals

We address 10 of the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), established in 2015, to put an end to poverty, to fight against inequality and injustice, and to protect the planet. The colour-coded SDG icons are also featured in the report and in the GRI index, in each of the cited GRI Standards.
