Charles-Antoine Lussier is responsible for the Company's investment and asset management operations for the residential sector and real estate investment funds in the United States.

Having worked in real estate and finance for two decades, Charles-Antoine has acquired extensive and varied experience. Simultaneously, he also developed high-level negotiation, investment strategy and asset management implementation skills across a range of regions and jurisdictions.

He joined the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec in 2002 as an Investment Analyst at Cadim, then spent several years at Otéra Capital in commercial lending. Charles-Antoine joined Ivanhoé Cambridge’s Residential and Hotels unit in 2011 as Director, Investments. He was instrumental in its growth, taking on the business unit’s leadership in 2019 following his appointment as Senior Vice-President, Residential and Hotels. Prior to his current role, he took on expanded responsibilities as an Executive Vice President within the United States hub in January 2022.

Charles-Antoine is recognized for his dynamic leadership, his exceptional ability to execute and his strong interpersonal qualities. He holds a Bachelor of Finance degree from HEC Montréal and a Master’s in Finance from the Université de Sherbrooke. He has held the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation since 2003.
