Executive Vice President, Residential, Office and Life Sciences, United States
Charles-Antoine Lussier is responsible for the Company's investment and asset management operations for the residential, office and life sciences sectors in the United States.
Having worked in real estate and finance for two decades, Mr. Lussier has acquired extensive and varied experience. Simultaneously, he also developed high-level negotiation, investment strategy and asset management implementation skills across a range of regions and jurisdictions.
He joined the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec in 2002 as an Investment Analyst at Cadim, then spent several years at Otéra Capital in commercial lending. He joined Ivanhoé Cambridge’s Residential and Hotels unit in 2011 as Director, Investments, where he was instrumental in the unit’s growth. He was promoted to Senior Vice-President, Residential and Hotels in 2019, and led this business unit for over two years before being appointed Executive Vice-President, Residential, Office and Life Sciences, United States in January 2022.
Mr. Lussier is recognized for his dynamic leadership and negotiating skills as well as his exceptional ability to execute and his strong interpersonal qualities. He holds a Bachelor of Finance degree from HEC Montréal and a Master’s in Finance from the Université de Sherbrooke. He has held the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) since 2003.
