Senior Vice President, Investments, Residential and Hotels
Charles-Antoine Lussier is responsible for implementing residential investment strategies for Ivanhoé Cambridge. His mandate includes origination, acquisition and disposition of multiresidential real estate assets in Canada, Europe and the western United States. In addition to his involvement in seeking out and studying new projects, he analyzes investment opportunities and oversees due diligence, negotiation and implementation of partnerships by working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Mr. Lussier has worked in real estate and finance for more than 15 years and has acquired extensive experience in negotiating and implementing investment strategies in various regions. Over the years, he has taken part in numerous direct transactions and partnerships in North America, Europe and Asia. He joined Cadim (Ivanhoé Cambridge) in 2002 as an Analyst. He joined the residential group as Director, Investments, in 2011 and was appointed Vice President, Investments, Residential, in March 2017.
Mr. Lussier in known for his dynamic approach, negotiating skills, excellent execution capability and strong interpersonal qualities.
He holds a Bachelor of Finance from HEC Montréal and a Master of Finance from the Université de Sherbrooke as well as the chartered financial analyst (CFA) designation.
