In China, Ivanhoe Cambridge’s goal is to put its experience in shopping centre management to work for the benefit of local owners. It has established a real estate services company in Shanghai to provide management and development services to shopping centre owners, managers and investors.
In India, a business development office was set up in New Delhi to explore this fast-growing market. Elsewhere in the Asia-Pacific region, the Company’s strategies focus primarily on acquiring interests in shopping centres or development projects in partnership with local developers and managers.
